Step by step instructions :

Each color on the " Colors " list has a " Name " and is defined by a mixture of red (" R "), blue (" B ") and green (" G ") values. Each " R " or " G " or " B " value may be a number from 0 to 255. You can " Add " " Modify " or " Delete " colors on the list. Colors on the list may also be applied to materials and members in your current Job. For example, any of them can be selected as the " Color " for a rolled section. To apply these colors to members, use the Member, Material, Bolt and Weld Colors setup window.

1 . Open the Predefined Colors window using any one (1) of the following methods:

Method 1 : Home > Project Settings > Job > Modeling > Predefined Colors .

Methods 2, 3 & 4 : In Modeling or the Drawing Editor , choose Settings > Job Settings > Predefined Colors (classic), or use a keyboard shortcut , or click the icon.

Password protection: If a password has been set using the Change Setup Password utility, you can open this window only if you first enter that exact password.

2 . The Predefined Colors window opens. Follow the instructions on the table below to make as many changes to this window as you see fit, then go to step 3.

Editing the Predefined Colors window
To add a new color: 1 . Enter a " Name. "
2 . Enter " R " " B " and " G " values.
3 . Press the " Add " button.
To modify a color: 1 . Select a name on the " Colors " list.
2 . Enter " R " " B " and " G " values.
3 . Press the " Modify " button.
To delete a color: 1 . Select a name on the " Colors " list.
2 . Press the " Delete " button.
Two ways to assign colors : You can type new " R " " B " and " G " values or press the color preview box (where it says " Push here for Custom Color ") to launch your operating system's color picker.

3 . Press one (1) of the following buttons:

"OK" (or the Enter key) closes the Predefined Colors window and saves the settings on it to the Job Settings file in your current Job .

"Cancel" (or the Esc key or the button) closes this window without saving any changes made to it.

"Reset" undoes all changes made to this window since you first opened it. The window remains open so that you can go back to step 2 and make the changes that you want.
